D. Kirts Lewis
Debora grew up on a dairy farm in Dickerson, Maryland and attributes her love of westerns to the
television shows she watched with her father. Her father's family owned peach orchards and her
mother's family owned dairy farms. She lived on fresh fruit and fresh milk in the summer and damn
near froze to death in the winter. It's been almost twenty years since she moved to Arizona to thaw
out. She's getting close. She currently resides in the San Pedro Valley in a storage shed turned
guest house and is the chief cook and bottle washer for two cats, Gus and Annie.
