Jeff Richards
Jeff Richards was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and presently lives in Takoma Park,
Maryland though his family all come from a small town in Ohio where the events of this story
take place prior to the Civil War. Richards is a Civil War buff and a rabid blues fan. He writes
for Blueswax, the online blues magazine. His stories about the contemporary west have appeared in
Weber Studies and North Dakota Review.
